    HiAI is a company registered in Geneva, Switzerland, and provides educational resources and training programs related to Artificial Intelligence. We are committed to offering high-quality educational experiences and fostering responsible AI development.<\/p>\n

      1. Use of the Services<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/p>\n

        3.1. You may access and use the Services for their intended purpose, which is to learn about and develop your skills in Artificial Intelligence.<\/p>\n

        Access or use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.<\/p>\n

        Interfere with or disrupt the Services or any servers or networks connected to the Services.<\/p>\n

        Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in connection with the Services.<\/p>\n

        Violate the intellectual property rights of others.<\/p>\n

        Transmit any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful or disruptive code.<\/p>\n

        Collect or store personal information about other users without their consent.<\/p>\n

        Engage in any other activity that could damage or impair the Services or the experience of other users.<\/p>\n

        1. Online Courses<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

           <\/p>\n

          4.1. Our online courses are delivered through our learning platform. By enrolling in a course, you agree to the following:<\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access and complete the course.<\/p>\n

          You will comply with all instructions and requirements provided by instructors and course facilitators.<\/p>\n

          You will not share course materials with others without our permission.<\/p>\n

          You may be required to complete assessments and assignments to earn a certificate of completion.<\/p>\n

          1. Offline Courses<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            5.1. We may offer offline courses at various locations. By enrolling in an offline course, you agree to the following:<\/p>\n

            You are responsible for your own transportation, accommodation, and other expenses related to attending the course.<\/p>\n

            You agree to comply with all rules and regulations of the course venue.<\/p>\n

            You are expected to attend all sessions of the course and participate actively.<\/p>\n

            1. Intellectual Property<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

               <\/p>\n

              6.1. All content and materials provided through the Services, including course materials, videos, text, images, and trademarks, are owned by HiAI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.<\/p>\n

              6.2. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, sell, or create derivative works from any content or materials provided through the Services without our written permission.<\/p>\n

              1. Fees and Cancellations<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                7.1. Some of our Services may require payment of fees. We will clearly disclose the fees before you enroll in any paid Service.<\/p>\n

                7.2. You may be eligible for a refund if you cancel your enrollment in a course within a certain period of time, as specified in the Politique de remboursement<\/a>.<\/p>\n

                    Our refund policy applies to the first lesson only. If you have attended lessons other than the first one, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Please include feedback for further improve the quality of our course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Refunds<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
